For as little as $413 per person mid-week and $435 per person Thursday-Sunday, you can extend the incredible powder experience of Ski Cooper’s legendary Chicago Ridge Snow Cat skiing into a luxurious overnight adventure with gourmet dining and cozy high-country lodging at Tennessee Pass for the experience of a lifetime.  Prices vary based on group size.

PART I: SNOW CAT ADVENTURE SKIING

Take your Colorado skiing experience to another level at Chicago Ridge with a little more stash, a lot more challenge, and smaller crowds! Enjoy a full day of skiing on the Ridge's 2,000+ acres at elevations of up to 12,600 feet in the San Isabel and White River National Forests.  A maximum of 12 guests per cat and time for up to 12 runs per day make for high chances of untracked terrain at your disposal.

PART II: GOURMET DINING ON TENNESSEE PASS

The Tennessee Pass Cookhouse is one of the best-kept secrets in the Colorado high country.  The dining yurt is located atop a beautiful, elevated gentle hike with incredible vistas and star-gazing, and is outfitted with toasty wood-fire heart and rustically elegant décor to cook up one of the most enchanting dining experiences you can imagine.

Dine on a 4 course prix fixe menu of wild Alaskan cedar-plank wild salmon, tender prime cuts of succulent elk and lamb, or innovative vegetarian options paired with soups, salads, delicious desserts, and a thoughtfully diverse wine list. With only 38 guests per seating, it is an intimate and extraordinary dining experience.

PART III: SLEEP THE NIGHT AWAY IN YOUR LUXURY ACCOMMODATIONS

New to the area are the Tennessee Pass Sleep Yurts, the most comfortable way to sleep under the stars after your amazing day of cat skiing and a relaxing dinner at the Cookhouse. Cozy up as you enjoy:
