Telemark Lessons

It's still a crazy way to ski! Or, better yet, not for
the weak of knee.

No ski school would be complete without telemark skiing.

Yes, tele skiing is that funny looking skiing where your heel comes off your ski and everyone does, what looks like, deep knee bends! They aren’t deep knee bends but the illusion of deep knee bends when you . . . well, we're not going to give it away here! Take a lesson to find out how you do it!

We have three PSIA certified Telemark Instructors on staff. Yup, we have it all!

Learning to tele ski is an easy cross over from alpine or cross-country skiing. In no time, you will be enjoying what others have been smug about for years!

If you never skied before, don’t let that stop you from tele skiing! If this is your first time skiing, our tele instructors will teach you all that you need to learn the fundamentals and enjoy your day.

Our soft powder snow and wide open slopes makes Ski Cooper the ideal mountain to learn how to telemark ski.
