SX/SBX at Cooper

Cooper is proud to be a hub of national & international ski/boardercross training and competition. For the 2019-20 season, the cross course will be located on the Sitzmark trail, which provides excellent access for athletes, great exposure and visibility, and access for spectators. The course will be professionally built as soon as snow depths allow, and will be available to USSA members for training. Competition schedule includes the USSA NorAm Hole Shot, and the Revolution Tour.

Cooper offers a selection of training and lift access passes for SX/SBX athletes. A current and valid USASA and US Ski & Snowboard membership (or applicable foreign national governing body/association membership) is required for purchase. You must also present your proof of membership upon picking up your pass. No SX/SBX training passes will be given without proof of membership.

Your coach must be present while training. If you do not have a coach, prior arrangements must be made to ensure course and athlete safety.

The season training/lift pass provides full-season lift access, and unlimited* access to SX/SBX course for training.

The 10-day and 5-day passes provide 10 days and 5 days of training* and lift access, respectively. NOTE: Each time the pass is scanned for lift access counts as a day of both lift and training access. If you wish to freeride, you should purchase a day ticket.

A single-day training pass is available for purchase at the ticket window for $40. Lift ticket must be purchased separately, and is available at a discounted rate for training.

*Use of SX/SBX course is subject to event and maintenance schedule, and snow conditions. Please confirm availability in advance. Course build is scheduled for January. Precise timing will depend of Mother Nature’s snow delivery system.

The option to train will begin once the course is built (weather permitting) and will continue through the season as the course is available.
